I am creating this blog to give you guys a behind the scenes look at what it takes to put on a College Football Bowl Game. Lone Star Sports and Entertainment has selected me as one of five seasonal interns for the Meineke Car Care Bowl of Texas. I will be in Houston Texas at Reliant Stadium (Home of the NFL Houston Texans) for 2 weeks from December 17-28. From what i learned my internship is pretty much a crash course in event management, and will be helping with all the final prep work for bowl week and game day itself. I hope to be taking plenty of photos and videos for you guys to check out. From what I've researched online and watched on YouTube so far its going to be one awesome experience.
